How Do I Join?

Click the “Registration” tab on the Menu; review and accept waiver; answer all questions on health questionnaire; and then select your classes.

Is There A Certain Time I Have To Register By?

You can register any time as long as there is space in the class.  The cost will be prorated based on the number of classes left for the session. 

What Are Your Class Sizes?

We try to keep a ratio of 6 participants per coach so that participants receive dedicated support while enjoying a safe and playful atmosphere.

What Do I Wear?

Come ready to move.  Our recommended gym attire is a t-shirt or leotard paired with shorts or leggings.

Outfits that are too tight or too loose can impair performance.

Long pants should be tapered so as not to create a tripping hazard.

Please no jewellery or hair clips & long hair must be tied back.

For safety reasons, gymnastics & parkour skills must be performed in bare feet.  Socks are optional for adult fitness classes.

Don’t forget your water bottle.

Do You Offer Make-Up Classes?

If a class is cancelled by the club (ie due to inclement weather or covid restrictions) a make-up class will be offered, however due to the way our programs are structured we are unable to accommodate individual make-up classes.
